Join the Savannah Center for Photography for a morning photo walk through Bonaventure Cemetery. We start at 8:00 am, while the light is still low and soft and comes through the live oaks and Spanish moss. You'll have time to wander, work slowly, and photograph the sculpture, ironwork, and river views that have drawn photographers here for more than a century.

Any camera is welcome: film, digital, or phone. All skill levels are welcome too. SCP board members will be on hand to answer questions and share ideas.

We're grateful to the City of Savannah Cemeteries Department for waiving its photography fee for our group. Your registration covers the city's event fee, and anything extra supports SCP's darkroom and programs.

Cost: $10 suggested, pay what you can. No one turned away.
Meet: Main gate at 7:55 am. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
Please remember: Bonaventure is an active cemetery. Stay on paths, don't touch or lean on monuments, and give families and services plenty of space.
